Assist the Continuous Readiness in Information Security Program (CRISP) Project by remediating security threats and vulnerabilities for VA hospitals; 99% remediation rate
Perform vulnerability management, assessment, and mitigation on Windows OS clients

Implement patches and implement corrective actions needed to mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities and deliver a Patch Implementation Report that includes the list of implemented patches, corrective actions taken, and testing performed to mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities
Use Nessus, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), and SQL reports and product logs to review and locate workstations and servers with inventory, deployment, patching or other issues, then use provided scripts, tools, and vendor products to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, and verify resolution
Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot with SCCM software
Administer and troubleshoot the McAfee Antivirus Enterprise software on endpoint clients
