• Perform wiring in completing custom Electrical Control Box orders that run motors, include timing features and a range of intended functions

• Read schematics to develop wiring and production plans attending to point to point wiring requirements and related effects on control box layout, materials and set up as needed

• Run a range of machines for jobs including Punch Presses, Drill Presses and Hopper Machines

• Work with both power and manual hand tools to complete detailed aspects of tasks

• Familiar with operating air compression or manually powered grinders and sanders

• Review order information and determine or track parts and products using AVANTE and BCPS databases

• Complete initial troubleshooting of electrical issues related to departmental products

• Lead department team including 200,000 orders from sub-assemblies to completed units including standard customer orders and high priority/emergency orders

• Supervise 2 – 20 staff based on volume of current customer requests and company changes over time

• Communicate with customers, internal staff, vendors and company superiors in a professional manner with a consistent intent to maintain a positive and high energy personal and company image

• Role model with expected production attitudes, safety behaviors and production practices

• Report to, and work with the Efficiency Quotation Team to streamline quotation accuracy and increase profit by reviewing past and present customer orders to improve future production effectiveness of and related practices
