Responsibilities Include:

Installing and configuring computer hardware & operating systems.

Installing application Software’s Like MS-office and all other third Party software’s.

Installing and configuring Printers (USB as well as Network).

Troubleshooting printer issues.

Talking to users either face to face or over the telephone or emails to help set up systems or resolve issues.

Replacing computer parts as required.

Setting up new user’s accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.

Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems.

Manage service requests, software installations, new computer setups, upgrades, etc.

Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)

Ask users targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem

Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

Cisco Routing & Switching:

Network Fundamentals ( Networking Models, Topologies, Protocols, IP Addressing / Subnetting)

LAN Switching (MAC Learning, VLANs, STP, LLDP)

Routing : Static & Dynamic (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP)

Microsoft Windows Servers & OS

Extensive knowledge and installation of Microsoft Windows Platforms/Operating Systems such as (Win XP, Win 7 and Win 8 Server 2008 R2 and 2012)

Configuring Window Server services including Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.

Active directory configuration and management, disk quota management

Enable file/folder sharing

Creating and modifying user profiles (both local and roaming)

Creating User, Groups and Applying the Permissions

Creating and maintaining group policies and Folder Redirection.
