Responsible for vendor management ( vendors include security services, Housekeeping and maintenance services, pantry services, M& E services, pest control services).

Responsible for vendor management & ensures timely submission of Vendor Invoices & processing of payments.

Asset management

Reconciliation of asset and inventory in regular interval and sharing that data with finance and logistic team.

Financial

Validation & monitor all expenses under Admin heads so that cost can be brought down. Cross verification of quotation to keep it lowest. Validation of all procurement through IPVN, IOI, etc.

Liaison

With Govt. agencies and Land Lord for statutory requirement & for all Real Estate related issues and audit.
