Role: Production Engineer

Responsibilities: Production team lead managing Cadillac & BMW Windshields & Quarter panels. Company makes Injection molded components and assembles Windshields.

•Reduced downtime & improved production processes and increased productivity by 11.45%.

•Implemented 5S on the floor as part of the operational improvement planning.

•Preformed production studies and machine analysis to identify quality and process problems of 2K injection molding, hot runner molds, insert molding etc.
