ACHIEVEMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Researched, recommended, implemented and project managed an ECM document workflow installation project for Philips Healthcare that automated the receipt, distribution, fulfillment, and storage of all enrollment documents. This project converted a cumbersome manual process, into a fully automated, compliant and scalable document workflow system. Converted a department with a 1:20 ratio of staff to enrollments to a 1:100 ratio, and saved $950K in the first 2 years.

Created the Trinagy product strategies, defined product requirements and processes, and added an entirely new revenue stream which increased the annual revenue from $14.5 million to over $27 million. These changes, along with a corporate rebranding, transitioned Desktalk Systems from a start-up to a successful global company (Trinagy, Inc.), before being acquired by Hewlett Packard.

Member of the management team at PrismHR that worked to bring the company from $6 million in sales to $19.5 million in 2 years, and secure a large growth equity investment from Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity investment firm.

Successfully positioned LocatePLUS for a $7 million investment with a focused product roadmap and business plan for this SaaS-based industry leading investigative solution

Spearheaded the effort of bringing the Permessa Control! Product suite out of relative obscurity within the IBM-Lotus sales and marketing infrastructure.
