November 2015 to 30th October 2018 Worked as a ‘Heads the Central & Site Stores, Heads the Duct Factory & Logistics’ in M/s. Elemec Electromechanical Contracting LLC, Dubai, UAE. Achievements

Implemented the C.Store Bin Card for approx. 9000 materials.

Implemented the daily vehicles movement on the daily basis with GPRS installed in the vehicles.

Internal recruitment for Site Storekeepers from the site artisans working at site as a Helpers & given the training and presently they have completed the projects worth AED 60 Million MEP Works.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Director.

Managing all the day to day Administration activities pertaining to Corporate & the Govt. offices.

Heads the Central Store, Duct Factory, Logistics & all the Site Stores.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the General Manager.

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, distributing the workload evenly amongst staff, rosters and schedule, and making sure motivation and performance levels are maintained.

Sending enquiries to supplier for obtaining the quotations from local & international suppliers with evaluation, negotiation and finalization of the Vendor.

To procure equipment’s, materials and systems complying with the specifications for the respective projects in co-ordination with Procurement Engineer / Manager / DOH.

Quality and specification requirements in co-ordination with Site / Project Engineer / Procurement Manager.

Preparation of Letter of Intent and Purchase Order’s for the finalized vendor in coordination with Procurement Manager as per law.

Co-ordination with Department Head for executing and releasing orders as per the project programme

/ main contractor programme.

Prior to ordering, to check all ex-stock availability in our central stores and sub-stores.

To ensure timely delivery of all the equipments, materials and systems to support site installation works as per approved work program in co-ordination with Procurement Manager.

Evaluate the vendors quarterly on the ongoing projects on timely delivery, quality and relationship with the project staff.

Coordinate with the transport controller for arranging the delivery.

All procurement process should comply with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost and quality.

Prepare documentation for internal process as per ISO Standards.

Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers and sub-contractors. Maintain company reputation and credibility by fair dealing and prompt payment.

Checks and records all incoming mails, faxes and e-mails from the Suppliers/Projects/Depts. Sends and records all outgoing mails, faxes and e-mails.

Preparing of Variations in co-ordination with Project Engineer / Project Manager at Site.

Monthly Allocations for Site staffs for accounts department.

Preparing Site requisitions in co-ordination with Site Engineers / Project Engineers on daily basis.

Routing of documents received from Head Office, Consultant, Main Contractor, Sub-contractor and Suppliers.

Follow up for cheques from the Main Contractor / Client.

Manage and maintains smooth day to day operations of the Site Office.

Prepares movement report of Staff’s at Site.

Prepare and summarize weekly time records of staffs and forward them to accounts.

Obtain quotations from local suppliers, evaluate, negotiate and issue purchase order.

Observes and implements established policies and procedures.
