• Print box label with facility name, unit identifier, and location of unit, DMISID, reporting MTF code, event code, unit zip code, and date received. Print separate label with box number and place both labels on box.

• Collect, audit, research and print information from internal and external databases to ensure proper data elements are abstracted into all applicable patient administrative applications and databases.

• Accurately enter demographic and clinical information into all applicable patient administrative applications and databases using a personal computer. Print the DA-3647 and insert into record.

• Run record data discrepancy reports in all patient administrative applications and databases. Identify and correct data discrepancies in all applicable patient administrative applications and databases to include copy and rescan of corrected record data. Insert and/or replace corrected pages into medical record.
