Project Management Consultancy services for Supervision, Coordination between Discom’s, REC offices, & with the my colleagues, Monitoring and Quality Control for Construction /Commissioning / Up gradation of 33/11KV sub-stations, Transformers, Switchgears, Capacitor banks, Battery Sets, Isolators, 33KV/ 11KV, 11KV/220 V Lines.

The work involve erection, construction, testing and commissioning of New 33KV & 11KV lines; 11 KV lines; LT lines; New 33/11 KV power substation; 11/0.4 KV Distribution Sub-station

Identify and plan all project related activities with respect to client requirements and delegate the same to achieve productivity and deliverables with fixed timelines.

Organize kick off meeting, and thoroughly understand the project requirement as per the client. Should act as a one point contact for the project in issues of matters related to the project.

Prepare and monitor the Control budgets, prepare project progress reports, identify delays and ensure corrective actions in case of delays.

Co-ordinate with internal Engineering Cell, monitor progress on vendors supplies, finalize contractors work orders/amendments etc
