Predicting the Price of Bitcoin Using Deep Learning.(Banking analytics) In this project, we have worked on a time series data of bitcoin and blockchain-
• Worked on a bitcoin dataset and hashrate and difficulties of blockchain dataset
• Used single variate and multivariate approach
• With the help of LSTM mode, predicted the price of bitcoin. Protein function prediction using Recurrent Neural Network(Healthcare analytics) In this project, we have predicted the protein function directly using its protein sequence-
• Created the k-mers of protein sequence
• Converted the gene ontology number into alphabet
• With the help of RNN model, training, testing the model and prediction have done protein function.
Recommendation system based on Matrix Factorization(Market analytics) In this project, we have implemented matrix factorization technique-
• We have created rating matrix and predicted the rating of users where user haven’t given the rating for the movie with help of gradient descent.
• We have optimized the parameter user matrix and movie matrix withe the help of optimization algorithm such as simple Gradient Descent, line search, sliding window, Particle Swarm optimization.
• After predicting the ratings, we have recommend the movie based on their likes. Demand forecasting of Items (Supply chain analytics) In this project, we have predicted the demand of items.
• Used an online retail dataset of gift shop, we clustered (used k-prototype clustering algorithm) the similar type of items.
• Classified the test data for its cluster number.
• Taken all variable together and predicted the demands of items. Stock market movement by analyzing tweets
In this project, we were finding whether twitter data can contribute to the stock market movement or not.
• Collected raw data from twitter using R Twitter API. Using natural language processing and other python tools, converted it into time-series data.
• Used Granger Causality test and found twitter sentiments can predict the movement of the stock market.
