Site Engineer at Galaxy Builders-Kerala,India
Position: Site Engineer
Duration: August 2016 to October 2019
Duties:
Worked as a Site Engineer for development of the Residential Tower comprising of 102 apartments.
● Engineering construction supervision at site
● Hold meeting about technical issue at site about discrepancies and problem in drawing, works schedule etc
● Inspecting previous site and make remedial solutions by checking complaints from the tenants or owners and making solution for the previously handover apartments.
● Assess site conditions and collected measurements to make accurate project design determinations for projects.
● Review calculations and analytical data to maintain accuracy of technical reports
● Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment and labor to determine project feasibility
● Controlled site engineering activities to maintain work standards, adhere to timelines and meet quality assurance targets
● Plan and coordinate work requiring modification of standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria.
● Re-inspect residential constructions which previously failed inspections.
● Investigate complaints, incidents and accidents at work sites
● Completed inspections of current construction, refurbishment and repair projects
● Prepare schedule of monthly activities as per the target
● Ensuring the work is going as per drawing with quality
● Organize the day to day activities at site
