Scrum Coordinator / Release Train Engineer Sep 2023 to Present

Perform cross scrum team-related duties including developing program strategies for software development, project status monitoring, and key performance indicator (KPI) reporting. Work closely with all project stakeholders to schedule and organize program-related events.

Orchestrated Scrum of Scrums sessions to foster collaborative discussions among Scrum teams, aiming to resolve cross-team dependencies and enhance the overall efficiency of project execution.

Facilitated Project ceremonies (e.g. Big room planning, Scrum of Scrums, Product Owner Sync, Tech Sync, Program Retrospectives) for better team collaboration, remove impediments and drive results.

Directed the development of process artifacts that complied with ISO 15504 Automotive SPICE process and ISO 26262 Functional Safety standards, leading to the achievement of Level 3 ASPICE process certification.
