o I took ownership of my lines by creating a positive work environment for new hires by addressing their concerns and coaching them to improve rate, quality and overall customer experience. o I would often take all the boxes marked for problem solve as “no SP00” to each packer to demonstrate how important their performance is to the downstream customer (SLAM).
