This job utalizes teamwork, bonding skills, quick thinking, multitasking, and organizing in the best way possible.

Closing Manager at Caliber Car Wash

As a Closing manager at Caliber, you are required to make sure your employees are always busy. Those tasks include selling memberships at the pay station and guiding cars into the tunnel. Managers are only allowed to handle taking care of any mechanical wash issues, membership issues, and refunds. Other tasks include washing & folding towels, as well as refilling any amenities on the lot. We are also required to make sure the tunnel has weekly maintenance such as; greasing the machinery, cleaning the walls and windows, power-washing the entire tunnel & machinery, cleaning out the waste pit underneath the wash (disposing of it properly), and finally, count the money, close the lot, make sure everything’s ready to go for the morning shift and close the store.
