PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

I am an Executive Director and Senior Project Manager with over 35 years of hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver large, complex infrastructure, electrical, and water-system projects. My career has been driven by a passion for managing projects that matter—often in challenging environments. A renowned example is my involvement in the successful management of all offsite projects and third-party interfaces during Shell Nigeria’s Gbaran Ubie Oil/Gas Phase 1 project amid the Niger-Delta crisis (2005-2010). This resulted in the on-time delivery of Phase 1 in June 2010, a milestone achievement. Additionally, I served as Head of Civil Infrastructure and Steel Structures for the Southern Swamp and Domestic Gas Projects (2012-2014). Since then, I have spearheaded the execution of major infrastructure ventures such as residential apartments, guest lodging facilities, educational institutions, and a 1,000-seat church cathedral.

My journey has given me a comprehensive mix of onshore and offshore project management experience, with exposure to diverse cultural and technical settings. I’ve worked alongside international teams in contractor offices and fabrication yards across the UAE, UK, South Korea, Germany, and the USA, and benefited from Shell’s training in Holland. I believe this global perspective is essential for solving complex challenges and for continuously improving how projects are executed. At this stage in my career, I am focused on not only managing and executing successful projects timely, but also on sharing what I have learned with younger project leaders and engineers. My goal is to leave a lasting impact on each project and team I am part of, ensuring that we meet business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
