The Treaty Rearrangement Table is the system tools of all branches and affiliates office of AIG. This is the main data entry system use in coding every policy written by the AIU.
Prepare the treaty experience reports for all pro rata treaties and submit to all Profit Center Managers. (Property, Casualty, Financial Lines, Personal Lines, Surety, Global Marine, and Energy) Each Profit Center use the report in their
presentation during the renewal of the treaty, and analyzing the treaty results.
The report is also prepare by producing country, region, by line of business and by policy year.
Prepare the Major Loss Report for each treaty in support for the quarterly statement of accounts render to reinsurer/broker. This report is also by reporting country, by policy year.
Notify the reinsurer/broker of a major loss occurred with estimated loss amount of $5,000,000 and over, with the loss details.
Assist the Reinsurance Officers in the preparation of the Treaty Abstract and Security list. Control the release of each treaty abstract and security to our reinsurance accounting unit.
Additional responsibility: prepare the daily attendance report and submit to the payroll department in the absence of the administrative assistant. Get the payroll check and distribute to corresponding staff member.
