EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Over twenty five years of environmental regulatory and permitting experience as a case project manager in the public regulatory sector as well as over ten years of project experience in environmental, hydrogeological, geophysical, hydrological, geotechnical and engineering consulting from Project Scientist (Hydrologist/Hydrogeologist/Geophysicist/Geologist) to Engineering Geologist. Managed, implemented, and direct oversight on multi-million dollar projects in the capacity as an environmental geologist, geochemist, hydrogeologist, hydrologist, HASP health and safety officer/industrial hygienist/toxicologist and environmental project scientist, and field drilling geologist.
Projects ranging from water resources management and sourcing, mine dewatering, environmental site assessments ASTM Phase I-III ESAs of soils and groundwater to corrective/remedial action of hazardous wastes and wastewater contamination, RI/FS-RFIs, RCRA Closures, and with projects in a variety of states. Have extensive geotechnical and hydrogeological experience at solid waste landfills, industrial, commercial, mining, energy, pipeline, underground/above ground storage tanks, and petrochemical refining projects with Federal and state regulatory compliance, technical report writing, multi-media field sampling, and marketing of client services. Tasks and project skill sets include the development and reviews of work plans/scope of work proposals and budgets, environmental field testing and groundwater monitoring plans, geologic logging-test pits, hazardous and solid waste landfill management-CERCLA, statistical as well as numerical 2D/3D groundwater/contaminate fate modeling, slope stability technician, site conceptual models, vadose zone assessments, installation of soil borings/rock corings, SPTs, geoprobes, geotechnical borings, groundwater monitor wells, piezometers, remediation wells, HEC-1/RAS, storm watermodeling, remedial pilot investigations/feasibility studies of soil, surface, and ground water remediation systems at petroleum hydrocarbon (DNAPL/LNALP) contaminated sites, bioremediation, performance and analyses of aquifer pump and slug tests, USACOE wetland delineation and ecological assessments, LUST Closures, HBCA, NEPA-EIS/EIA-CEs, Brownfields, NPDES and air permitting, DOD investigations, and assessment and remediation of chlorinated as well as petroleum (hydrocarbons, solvents, and PFAS).
