I have over 25 years of experience with various types of networks, operating systems, hardware, software, and open-source software applications. More specifically, I have over 10 years’ experience as a System Administrator, Project Manager and Team Lead, being responsible for hundreds of servers from their initial setup and loading the Windows operating system to supporting and performing monthly maintenance, change management, project management. Performed EMC grab reports on a set list of servers that were scheduled to migrated from Hitachi Data Storage SAN to EMC SAN.
Used EMC Powerpath to get the LUN mappings and forwarded the reports to the storage teams.
Provided support for the server data migration ensuring all applications and databases were shut down and then shut the server down. The storage team would migrate the data and then and power it up as the servers were setup to boot from SAN. Once the servers were back online, It was my responsibility to log back into them, ensure that all the drives were mapped correctly, that the data was there. Then I would contact the application and or database teams to bring up their part of the server so the test users could verify that all is working as designed prior to migration.

Also was assigned to migrate users' home folders from a 3PAR data storage that was out of maintenance to the new EMC storage. First, ran scripts via Power Shell to obtain folders with broken SIDs, NTFS permissions and size. Worked with the help desk ensuring that all folders with
broken SID's were archived to a secluded archive vfiler. Ran scripts to update each active user in Active Directory the path to the new location of the home folder, then corrected all permissions to the correct standard.
