Direct the operation of a plant maintenance team numbering up to 23 union skilled craft people.Maintaining production lines to the fullest capacity by minimizing down time and being proactive on preventative maintenance of equipment. Leading multiple crafts thru projects ranging from complete rebuilds of gear boxes, motors, drives to installing a complete production line.

Provided support on health and safety services in coordination with programs and procedures. Investigated and made recommendations regarding all facility incidents. Ensured compliance of all health and safety programs with OSHA rules and requirements.
