DUTIES RESPONSIBILITY

Knowledge of the working principle of Centrifugal, Screw, and reciprocating Compressors carry out Planned, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Tasks. Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities. Execute PPM tasks as per the schedules and frequencies. Submit the daily reports to the supervisor. Monitor the spare parts, tools, and equipment required to execute the maintenance work. Communicate with supervisors in case of a major breakdown, Emergency tasks, abnormal readings, or issues in the water-cooled chillers.

Ensuring using/implementing CAFMS (Computerized Analysis Facility Management System) to maintain entire daily activities and record database of all maintenance to provide comprehensive status of Open, Close& pending daily works.

Ensuring adherence to all applicable safety policies and procedures. Supervising site installations, conducting work inspections at the site, raising MIR and WIR, and getting approval from the consultant.

Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly, providing site reviews and reporting to identify variations and job progress. Responsibilities include training and engaging employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints, and resolving problems. Working from technical drawings with the ability to conduct Installation and setting out of plant room equipment including filtration system, heating/cooling equipment, dosing, water treatment, and its pipework and supports.

Provide overall construction management from pre-construction till project completion. Knowledge of making load schedule a requirement and standard Preparing the PPM test report for all the equipment and components. Maintenance and troubleshooting of schematic, Power, and single line diagram Strong ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with employees, vendors, and contractors. Create a list of all expected loads in the installation or facility. Specify whether they are process or non- process loads. Calculate the operating, peak, and design loads for each switchboard and then for the overall installation
