My responsibility as a driver was to deliver packages in the most efficient way possible to meet delivery deadlines and goals. I started out on one route but learned many others as well. It was not unusual to have anywhere from 100 to 200 stops per day. Very often it was necessary to change direction and step-up during employee shortages. All duties were performed within the safety guidelines of the company for oneself and others.

As a Manager at Bubbas, I manage the front of house operations. Which included creating the team sheet, making the decisions to reduce employee work based on customer load. I personally visited customer tables if there was dissatisfaction or complaints, as well to ensure their experience was satisfactory. If mistakes occurred I also had the responsibility in correcting or directing employees on proper procedures.

My duties include checking patients in and out for their appointment. Scheduling them for their follow up and making sure they have the right amount of time for their diagnosis. Checking the voicemails 3 times a day. Rescheduling people that are late or cannot make it to their appointment. Working in referrals as much as possible to ensure all providers schedules are full, and get the patients in as quick as possible. Check email and in-basket to see if there are issues that need to be addressed or patients to schedule. Send out no show letters, and new patient letters. Make confirmation calls to ensure patients are reminded of their appointment. Duties also include stocking coffee, water and cups for patients including clean up around the front so the patients can be in a clean friendly environment. As a Scheduler I work in the workque calling patients in the order their referrals were made, except for doing urgent/emergent first. I will also work in the fax folder building referrals. I build the referrals hospitals send me in IBMS to get them schedule for in clinic follow ups or follow up procedures. I check all insurance to make sure they are verified. If they are not verified, I call to update them. I help any staff member I can by scheduling, rescheduling, or moving patients in a timely manner. I fix all errors on schedules including appointments not booked for the write amount or double booked. I also will take care of the spot’s providers take off and get patients moved off those days. I go above and beyond to make sure patients are taken care of and have a good experience getting them in quickly. I also use my organizational behavior skills to put them with a provider that fits their ethic and personality.
