Review and clarify prescriptions, ensure that all required information including allergies, personal information update is noted on the face of the script at intake. Process the prescription orders and dispense those to patients.

Review all prescription orders coming through the e-script, fax, telephonic and hard copies, for clinical appropriateness, dosage and dosing evaluation, drug-drug interaction, or contraindications, and when noted, contact the clinical provider for a review and/or consideration of modifications or changes.
