Reason for leaving was I was told I would make $500 per week ! Then a week before I quite ! I was told that Wayne had over hired due to the week prior he hired me he came up short on drivers . So he over hired . Then he explained that he thought that one of the Valets would quite ! So with that understood by me . I was coming out of the airport following my GPS ! The route it was taking me I had been that way in a long time ! I was use to coming from downtown and I30 split and I would take Hwy 80 and it would take me to I20 which would take me to Tyler Texas ! The lady I was taking to Tyler, had the week prior called and cancel the service just as I arrived in Tyler . So she wasn’t happy because they keep her money! As the conversation continued I came up on a sign which said I30 . So I was more in to explaining to the lady .That they wouldn’t give her money back due to the time she called I just had arrived . Wayne Eaves call me on his cell phone and stated I was going the wrong way ! So he stated I need to be following my GPS ! The fact I thought I was, but he stated I need to come to the office after the trip was over . Then told me I was going to take SUNDAY the next day Off ! He was only working me Friday thru Sunday ! and I was only making 3 to $400 per week and now he was going to short my check and give me the day off ! So I quit !

I was have trouble adjusting to the train that was being given to me using the computer and remembering the information and the way they were training me ! Every one training in similar ways and trying to remember what six different security guards were explaining in six different ways was more than i could remember ! At the end of the two week training I was suppose to take charger of managing my shift I was working ! Due to factors I may have been in a car wreck and the injuries i received, Back in 1980 where I have a eighteen wheel concrete truck hit my pick up truck . While I was coming back from lunch . The second day I went to lunch thirty minutes early. Nothing was said I told my supervisor I need a have a day off in the morning and he said go head and take the whole day off. But didn’t inform the Irving Police department of this fact. The next morning he called me and ask me if I go head and come in, and I told him I be there at 10 am. I arrived at 9 am. The Irving officers who were station at the same post I was working at real had a attitude, due to their not being informed that I had the day off! One of the lower rank officer started in on me my late break, and early lunch and was going to go and get the senior officer, and I stated what was the big deal, I seen the officer float in and out my first day . I stated what the big deal there was two of us at the stations at all times. The first day there I was left alone at my station several times by the Irving Police officers. Now they have person whom was working the second shift from two pm till ten pm they are not honouring their word about giving me the forty hours they promised me ! .They didn't pay me for four weeks after I received the first check! I complained to those in charge! I finally went to my supervisor and called them while I was stand there and the asked him if he knew how many hours I was short! We called in when we arrived at the job and filled out a time sheet that was turned in weekly and signed out daily and called in at the end of shift. They brought a book keeper in from Georgia and two weeks later I still want paid. The fact my check warms direct deposit and I was not told that I would have to purchase my uniforms I not sure my check was correct! The girl in the office who was fired for not doing her job right as a book keeper was hired back two days later and made false accusation about me and I asked for proof she climbed I cussed her over the phone and this did not happen! I stated over the phone that they expected me to be on time and I expected them to have my check in the bank on time she did this to cover her trail of lies ! I asked for proof of this claim and they denied me the average yards of this charges that this girl made. My boss made some false accusations about me and I asked for proof there too and they denied maybe the evidence that they had climbing it wouldn't going to happen .My my supervisor make claims that he was independently Wealthy on a trucking company and he was doing this as a hobby yeah right and he had to spread by one of the employees that he convinced that he was independently wealthy this is queer a liar tells a lie. This is where a liar tells a lie to cover up a lie that they told or someone else told so who knows where the truth starts and where the true stops!

I went to work there, and was given permission to stay in my pick up until I could afford to find a place to live, this was a industrial park and well lit, I move to a bridge adjacent to companies property and I was accused by the local law in forcement claim I left my brand new truck under the bridge to walk down to the corner to the light where you would turn into the Company parking lot and I attempted to hijack some lady stopped at the light, This was just the local cops excuse to find out why i was living in a brand new
pickup underneath the bridge, charges were dropped and I was charge with position fo a baseball bat just to cover the ass ! It was my brother son T Ball bat I laid on the bed I found and the charges were dropped after 90 days! Laid off and no transportation I found the job with Midwestern Pipe supply! ON foot! I work on a contentment for three months as a structural welder in 1985 before I was injury in a car wreck while return from lunch my pickup stalled! I had close head injury, a broken jaw and at the time the doctors told my mother that they didn't believe I would recover and want to put me in a nursing home. My mother applied for Social Security Disability and I was accepted. The doctors stated I could go back to work as long as it was on the ground. The company I was working for sent a message that I could come back to work .So I returned u was told all the work was in the air welding on high structural tanks and structures . I did have some nerve damage to my left. Shoulder which occasionally acts up during change of weather. Sort like a old football injury! So if I pass your welding test i should be go to go! Education
