Turn on computer log in open up gas valves to ovens.Make sure all pneumatic water lines are not leaking and fans are operating properly. Ovens set at certain temperature. Check molds by rotating number 1 arm which consists of 1-5 molds per arm. Arm 1 molds is from previous shift at the start of my shift. Proper procedure is before any arm is sent into oven we do a 5 cycle spin and check for leaks.Make sure all clamps,pins and inserts are in mold casings.Then I got to computer controller and send in oven. Arm 4 which should be coming out of oven.I go to computer controller rotate arm 4 to mold casing 1.Get on scissor lift with my hand tools and weighed product which usually is resin unless daily report sheet says diffrent.Grab crane controller hook up to top of mold casing which is A.Bottom of mold casing is B. I open up all clamps take out pins and inserts.With my hand tool take out all screws and bolts. With crane I disassemble A top from B bottom.Take out mold then clean all party lines to make sure A tool fits properly on B tools. I clean mold casing A and B with a solution spraying lightly into mold casing. I add weighed material into mold casing B.Place tool A top onto tool B bottom mold casing.Tighten screws and bolts.Close all clamps put pins and inserts back in make sure everything is tight no leaks all clamps shut and all pins and inserts are secure. Go to computer controller do 5 cycle rotation procedure which checks all of the above. Ready to go in oven at set time.Repeat procedure scissor lift, hilo, crane operation to complete task.
