March 2021, I joined CEI- Cupertino Electric Inc as Project Management Leader/Advisor for the construction and EPC contract management of 700 MW of Solar Power Projects in Indiana, USA. CEI one of the largest Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) companies in California, USA for the development and construction of Solar, battery storage, HV Substation, EV Charging, Microgrid and Convertor station.
July 2019, I accepted the position as Director Construction & EPC Contract Management for RES- Renewable Energy System, Americas for the development of Renewable Energy Projects in USA and Canada. I successfully led the construction of 800 MW Wind Farms and 100 miles 220 KV OHTL in USA, a full scope of BOP EPC contract of $400 Million USD. RES, world's largest independent renewable energy company with over 16 GW portfolio and the expertise to develop, engineer, construct, finance, and operate projects around the globe. As Vice President, Construction & Contracts Management of Samsung C&T Renewable Energy Canada (2012 – 2018), started first time Renewable Energy Business in Samsung C&T as project developer, Investor and EPC Contractor for Americas Operations with an investment of $ 5.0 Billion USD. Identified the prospective projects with suitable wind/solar resources, commercial attractiveness, and access to the grid in Ontario, Canada. Coordinated and assembled project proposals to landowners (1st Nation of Ontario Province) to outreach to community and land acquisition, environmental assessment, Power Purchase & Implementation Agreement and design in collaboration with our partners for phases 1 and 2 and began construction in 2013. Phase 1 & II Wind/ Solar cluster has been completed and is currently in operation. Managed multiple third-party consultants and sub-contractors and labor unions to comply with Federal & State Govt requirement of domestic content. Successfully developed and constructed Wind / Solar Farms of generating capacity of 1,369 MW and 519 MW. In Global leadership roles (2012 - 2015) as Vice President, Construction & EPC Contract Management of Samsung C&T Power Division, South Korea, I successfully negotiated and contracted three mega projects of total 9000 MW and 190 MIG Combine Cycle and Desalination IPP and IWPP projects in Middle East and CIS Countries and successfully secured contracts of more than > $5.0 Billion USD.

During 2012 – 2018 I also acted as Negotiator/Arbitrator for Samsung Group and resolved the disputes of $631 Million USD with subcontractors and clients due to non-compliance of contractual and commercial obligations.
Advocated Owner of KUS/UCC and resolved the disputes on variation orders and prolongation cost of $7.5 Million USD by EPCM Contractors and local subcontractors in Kazakhstan and implicated liquidated damages of $40 Million USD with full force. Successfully achieved savings of more than $12 Million USD to the company. As Executive of Samsung C&T resolved the disputes of $350 Million USD on VOs & prolongation cost and implication of L/Ds due to delays of CCPP projects in Middle East On Ontario Grand Renewable Energy Project in Canada nullified claims of $55 Million USD as L/Ds by owner and advocated contract leaned by subcontractors in the Construction Court of Law and successfully substantiated VOs and prolongation cost of $17.2 Million USD At Roy Hill Mining Project in Australia successfully resolved the commercial disputes of $279 million dollars with the subcontractors.
In 2010-2012 I was appointed as Senior Contract Performance Manager - GE Services, Canada for execution and implementation of $200 Million dollars Long Term Service Agreement for O&M with Suncor and McKay River Cogen Power Plants in Alberta, Canada (5x7E, 2xFA GE Gas Turbines + Generator).
2001 – 2010 I was hired by GE Power, New York, USA for the Proposal & Contract Management of new units’ (Wind Turbines, GTG, STG, Nuclear Steam Turbine and Generators) and successfully contracted the sales of $1.0 Billion USD in Middle East and Europe.
