I currently work at the RLC in McDonough I started as a line feeder adding returned products onto a line that eventually goes onto a conveyer belt or for the big products like the refrigerators and toilets had to be sorted by turbo salvage house salvage or destroy. I began to move around within the wearhouse learning new things like the scanners position where they scan the items I put on the line then send it down the conveyor I just mentioned. All the small items get sorted in a different area of the wearhouse in which I also have been trained on called “The mezz” . I’ve been trained in bulk sort where they separate all the big items the line feeders put on the pallets or in the gaylord’s . I just recently got moved to ups area where I currently work at, we unloaded 1 ups truck a day full of Home Depot’s returned items that we sort through kinda like how the line feeder position except we scan too.
