CAREER SUMMARY

I am a college graduate with banking and customer service experience. I was a customer

service representative for Citizens Bank at the Sitel call center for two years (Sitel is also known

as Foundever). I took inbound calls, answered questions and helped customers with their

checking accounts. I have also worked part time in a restaurant, retail store and movie theater. I

am looking to return to the workforce with an entry level remote job. I am open to growing in a
