To advocate for patients for their durable medical equipment requirements like hospital bed, wheel chair, raised toilets, electric wheelchairs etc.

To communicate with families, interdisciplinary teams and insurance companies regarding patients’ discharge planning, placement and other requirements to maintain a safe and healthy living as long as possible.
