Task: Dissemble assembly lines and reconfigure according to engineers blueprints. install air hose system in the air in the form of aluminum beams on trolleys. Maintain and install hydraulic electrical motor power lifts. Also take care of “safety first” attitude of Hewlet Packerd by installing safety rails, guard rails, safety angle, corner guards as well as any other task dealing with safety. Moving multi million dollar machines from one lab to another.
SCHNEIDER BULK CARRIERS- JANUARY 2001- JANUARY 2003
Task: Carry through preventative maintenance on tractor trucks. Carry out such needed repairs I saw fit. Took care of complaints drivers had expressed in the work order. I took care of brake jobs, differential swaps, adjusting and checking jack brake on motor, testing cooling system replacing needed parts such as two piece water pumps, engine cooling fan clutches, primarily any repair needed on the trucks front to back. Took A/C recovery system training, worked on truck air conditioning as well as the few refrigeration trailer units we had. Also had vein centrifical pump rebuild training for the trucks PTO system as well as hydraulic training for the system.
