Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for all phases of the project, identifying potential hazards related to construction, operations, and logistics. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize accidents and environmental impact. Create and enforce HSE policies and procedures tailored to the specific needs of the port project.
