Motus Marketing is a sales and marketing firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Where they are the National retail division marketing for AT&T & various other multi million dollar companies nationwide. I worked specifically inside of Sam’s club, Costco, & Target where I would market AT&T and make sales by switching people from their previous phone provider to AT&T inside of those retailers. In this position, I started out entry level, as my sales started to sky rocket within a month of being at that company, I got promoted to Corporate Trainer. Where I then got trained to do second round interviews, have hiring authority, and teach and train in the field and in office. After building my team and duplicating myself, I got promoted to Junior Director. I got promoted to this position because I developed and trained 3 people on my team to become corporate trainers and we all hit above our sales goal as a team for that month. At one point, I hit #3 in the nation for my sales performance. I then got the opportunity to move to Minneapolis to open a market out there in some of the retailers out there. I then got promoted to Assistant Director where I learned HR, back end of the business, conducted first round interviews and ran meetings. In this role, I learned what it means to have an outstanding work ethic, creating a culture and environment where people feel welcome, leadership, and a ton of experience in sales and marketing and how to run a business successfully and efficiently. Paako Ridge Golf Club is located in the beautiful Sandia Mountains in the suburbs of Albuquerque NM. I got hired as a seasonal server, as they are only open for business in the summer. In this role, the biggest take aways I learned was how to be quick on my feet, Customer Service, & Multitasking. For example, making sure my customers got seated as fast as possible, had water ready to go, and ready to take their order while balancing 4 or more other tables at a time. It was definitely a very fun experience because I got to turn my brain off, do my job while connecting with customers and my shifts always went by so quickly because of how much fun I was having. Customer Service has always been very easy for me because I love talking to people and making people laugh and smile. I always want to be the reason someone comes back because of the excellent service I provided. In a busy restaurant environment, I was constantly multitasking and moving around, and doing multiple things and one time. This became really easy once I found a good rhythm to make sure all of my customers were happy and satisfied. Starbucks- Albuquerque NM— Barista

Starbucks was my first job that I started as a sophomore in high school, I learned all about the history of Starbucks and about coffee and how to make coffee. As well as of course customer service and building customer connection. As much as I absolutely loved making coffee and different drinks, I loved being at the drive through window greeting and talking with customers. I learned how to make coffee, how to multitask, and how to work as a team with my coworkers. Making sure every customer has a great experience is a team effort, and I absolutely loved the culture and positivity Starbucks gave me and I take that with me everywhere I go. EDUCATION
