Where as I, SAVITA ROHINI SHARMA (Passport no.L5927606 ) D/O Raj Kumar Sharma presently residence at.514-49 Thorncliffe Park Drive.East York.Ontario.M4H1J6.Canada,am the executant of this general power of attorney.

Whereas,I am lawful owner and in possession of my Half share in property no.B-XV111-192 on plot no.212-R.Situated at Model Town.Ludhiana,Punjab.India

I am resident of Canada so I,with my own consent,here by authorize,nominate and appoint Baldev Raj Sharma as my General Attorney and authorize him to manage above said property in Ludhiana,Punjab (India) and to do following acts on my behalf:

Baldev Raj Sharma is authorized to make the Tatima(Correction deed),to appear before the Subregisterar,and to sign on all the Tatima (Correction deed) in connection with the execution to appoint special attorney.

My general Attorney is hereby authorize to do all kinds of acts in respect of (Correction deed),above said property and that I could have done myself.All the acts done by my general attorney shall be construed as acts done by me and will be binding upon me in all manners.
