ISRAEL CARBAJAL

*****************@*****.*** 254-***-**** Woodway, TX 76712

I have one older brother, one older sister and two very hard working parents who taught me so many great life morals. I have a three year old daughter who I always love to make happy. She's taught me a lot about myself and who I can be. I love anything pokemon especially pokemon go, as it's the most convenient to play anywhere you are. I've played soccer since I was 15 years old and still currently do. I've won many league titles in many areas around central Texas with many other local players whom I'm still friends with or in contact with through the years. I'm very dependable in all things asked of me, I hate disappointing people who've given me tasks to do. I understand how to separate work and personal life while balancing them evenly and healthily. I'm not nor will I ever be an excuse maker. Bilingual

Roof Build Team Lead

02/2021 - Current

Thoroughly Brief employees on the daily tasks needing to be completed before leaving for the day, with everyone on the same page there's always less margin for error.

Check all paperwork each day to make sure everything is being built according to what's on the schedule as far as in order and any custom requests from the purchaser

Always called for materials needed from our forklift drivers prior to needing them, in order to be as efficient as possible with the line roll process. Whether it be screws, nails, flex line rafters, sheet rock etc. the process is always more smooth when you have material ready to go. Built team chemistry as best as possible so that everyone could work together better without getting in each others way or unintentionally slowing each other down.

Make improvisations to any error that would occur if ever, such as broken rafters, measurements slightly off, missing ceiling fan holes or any other issue that needed troubleshooting

Walked the houses after being built in order to catch any alterations needing to be made before getting farther down the line. Attend team lead and Area coordinator meetings when called for to be kept up to date on information about the build process or requests from corporate.

Leal's Snacks Texas

Senior Chief Executive Technician

10/2017 - 12/2020

Checked all service calls added after leaving the day before or weekend before to see if there were any new pending ones.

Listed out all realistic stops to make for the day, in order from oldest to newest, or most urgent.

Skills

Experience

Gathered all tools needed for the jobs I was about to perform whether it be market installs, vending machine installs, kiosk repair, vending/cooler repair, or hotshot whatever snacks over to company's that got unexpectedly low, due to heavy unforeseen traffic.

Filled in wherever needed when I had time available. Being a driver on the market or vending route in case one called in or went home not feeling well. If the warehouse picker was needing help finishing at the end of the day I'd help him as well in order to get them home at a decent hour Packaging Corporation of America

Printing Press Operator

01/2012 - 09/2017

Communicated with the operator I was taking over for, upon arriving to my shift in order to make the transition to a new operator very seamless. Helped maintain ink levels on any of the 7 cylinder reservoirs we had in order to avoid streaks from low or dirty ink.

Checked the roll that comes off of the machine to make sure the color consistency is as close if not exactly like the original. Logged every roll that came off the press and ensured it had all the proper info on the ticket. So that it would ship to the proper place with all its other counterparts.

Troubleshot things like low ink, streaks, bad blades, warped or damaged rollers, cracked or damaged cylinders. Also fixed the most difficult of all, web breaks.
