Happy Current event:

In this group we well keep you updated on what’s happening around the world! We are going to focus on happy hart worming story’s that are happening today that get drowned out by all the craziness happening in the world right now.

Fair Time

In this group we will look up different fairs and the main rides, food and prices to get in. We will look up a new fair each week and find when and where they start.

Travel the US:

Each month we will choose a State and that month learn about the capital, state animal. We will look into what the state is known for and the weather. If there is anything to find out, we will look it up and answer your question on any of the 50 states

Animal invasion:

In this group you will be learning about different animals and there ecosystems and roles within nature. If you love animals and enjoy learning about nature this is the group for you

Open Art: Open art, come join us with any art that calls your inner artist talk with peers while coloring or any art interest you chose for the day. We will put together the supplies you need and have curbside pickup. Then Tisha will assist you with your project of choice

Open Discussion: In this group you can bring a nice cup of coffee or tea and talk to your peers about your weekend and start your week out great!

Lunch time While Talking about Animals: Do you love animals as much as me? Bring your lunch and drink to group and let’s talk about all our favorites’ animals. We will be talking about pets and wild animals, your choice. Come to group with any questions about animals and I will assist you finding out the answers.

Bingo: Who doesn’t love Bingo?! We will be playing Bingo! If you need Bingo Cards please reach out to me. I will send you a link to print bingo cards or you can come to the building for curbside pick for a card and chips. We might even do a celebratory dance for you when you win.

Drawing Cartoons: Have you ever wanted to try and draw your favorite cartoon character? We will pick out a cartoon character of the groups choice. We will then be demonstrating how to draw the character step by step.

Trivia Questions: Do you love Trivia Questions as much as me? I have Music, TV, Movies, Disney, Animal and more Trivia Card Games. Let us know what you want to learn about and will find some fun Trivia for you.

Music/ karaoke: Who doesn’t love to listen to music and sing? You can dance and listen to great music from the comfort of your own home. We will be playing music of your choice. You can come join to have some fun and dance or just listen to the music. You know the staff would love to sing/dance along with you.

Unsolved Mystery

You get to make your own Coffee or tea the way you like it from the comfort of your own home. Then sit down with all your friends and staff to see what is new and going on in each other’s lives. While staff talks to you about a new mystery story.

Special Olympics Training:

Even though Special Olympics is still on hold it doesn’t mean we can’t train for this wonderful event. In this group we will have stretches and workout activities to assist you with staying healthy and fit during this time. We will demonstrate the stretches from standing and sitting positions. Everyone can join.

How is it Made: Would you like to learn how to make certain things work and are made!? Well in this group you can learn how to make many things examples: how to make your own crystals from home or create eggshell chalk. Each group you will talk with Tisha and your peers on what cool scientist project you would like to do next! If you are interested in this group please let me know so we can put to gather supplies for pick up!

The unknown: In this group we will be looking up things that go on that are unbelievable and makes you second guess if its real

Dream Job: Have a dream job? We will look it over and go over it. We will look up where you can work, pay and requirements and or any other information you would like.

History facts:

Come look up the most interesting facts over our history, from wars to movements that have made our county grow and change.

Movie time and discussion

Each week we will pick a movie as a group and after the movie go over and discus the story, plot and characters.

Weather, climate change

We will look up all kinds of weather patterns from tornados to flash floods and even mudslides. We will look up the climate change going on in the world and discus how we can take part and change it for the better.

Sports research

Pick a sport and a team and we will look up when they started, athletes and their best plays.

What if Zoom isn’t for me?

We realize not all participants have the technology for Zoom or the interest. We still want to be able to reconnect with everyone so after 12:30pm, I will then be conducting well-ness phone calls to participants to check in over the phone.

We are looking for feedback and ideas from you! If there’s something you’re interested in doing using Zoom, we would love to hear about it. We are also planning to add more sessions should interest be there and we gain enough participation.
