Position Description:

Serve as business manager/supervisor for 25 employees. Responsible for inventory, orders, scheduling, training of employees, holidays/vacation time approval, monitoring overtime, daily sales, balance accounts and provide weekly totals. Also responsible for all Human Resource functions including enrolling employees for health insurance, Aflac, 401k, entering all information in Paycom and sending to home office. Experience with Microsoft Suite including Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills with the general public. Very experienced in accounting procedures and able to follow rules and regulations for food stamps and WIC programs.
