Orient House For Development & Construction Co: Abu Dhabi, UAE Position: MEP Draughtsman (From OCT 2013 to Present) Key Responsibilities:

Responsible of preparing shop drawing & As built drawing For :- 1) Electrical : a) Preparation of Power & Lighting Layout With Load Schedule, Schematic Diagram Voltage Drop Calculation. b) Preparation of LV Room Plan, Sections, And Details. 2) Mechanical: a) HVAC Ducting & Chilled water piping system With Riser Diagram, equipment Schedule & Condensate drain Piping Layout.

b) Sewerage & Storm water System for both External & Internal area With Invert level of pipes, manhole details, Schematic Diagram & Profile for Storm Water System. c) Preparation of Pump Rooms & Chilled Water Plant Room Co-ordination Layouts.

3) Co Ordination: a) Identifying the interference between Services at High level, Re-routing as per other services/Architectural Structural details & Generating the Required Section and Elevation.

b) Co-ordinate External MEP Services, Hardscape & Soft scape With appropriate Levels.
