Customer Service Sales

I specialize in retail, making sure customer satisfaction is complete, questions and needs are taken care of before anything for 10+ years. Being able to understand and explain items, sales, etc is very important. Customer service is always first. When time is slow, take your time, ansk customer if they need help in any way and put something away if anything or continue to stay busy so you are always aware of your surroundings. Be friendly and supportive with others before yourself. Take control of sections and assign them to yourself and each day make sure that section is complete, that is how I like to work. I am very confident and comfortable with others around me, I like to make people feel comfortable. You have to remember in some situations, no matter what, the customer is always right. That can prevent any issues with customers exceeding.
