EXPERIENCE

Facilities Manager, Planet Hollywood 2017 - Present

Oversee the functioning of site & building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing fire/life safety, etc.

Oversee contractors for facilities renovation projects entailing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. on site & remote.

Manage all facility operations. Deals with equipment installations and all building modifications.

Assist with direction to staff, contractors, and vendors in conjunction with daily operations as well as during the development and implementation of capital projects.

Provided leadership to Facilities Support Craftworker team/Rooms team, establish work schedules, shift assignment, and work prioritization for all 3 properties, including All-Star Movies Resort (1920 rooms), All-Star Music Resort (1706 rooms), & All-Star Sports Resort (1920 rooms).

Managed Integrated Facilities Planning (IFP) Facilities Asset Management (FAM) projects.

Manage resort room rehabs (5546 rooms).

Engineering Services Manager, Disney Springs 2014 - 2016

Provided leadership to the Trades team consisting of carpenters, painters, and staff workers, establish work schedules, shift assignment, and work prioritization.

Managed Engineering projects for the Operating Participants that reside at Disney Springs.

Managed extensive Engineering enhancement projects while the property transitioned from Downtown Disney to Disney Springs (a major Disney property expansion, rebranding, and renovation that now covers more than 120 acres and supports over 150 shopping /dining /entertainment venues).
