Oversaw 134,000-square-foot facility with more than 450 associates in high-rise building in downtown Chicago, which included space management, engineering, HVAC, furniture installation, and customer service.

Supervised staff of more than 30, including five direct associates and more than 25 contractors / vendors in specialized trades.

Oversaw installation and daily operations of a 15,000-square-foot data center.

Directed move of more than 600 associates on three different occasions.

Introduced help desk management for facilities.

Managed desk reservation system for more than 1,000 associates.

Reduced overall annual electrical expenditures by 13% by switching from incandescent to LED lighting along with the implementation of an electronic lighting management system that allowed for lighting to be active only when the space was occupied.
