Oversaw the construction of a 13.3 Km 4.5m diameter Tunnel including corrosion protection lining, Micro Tunneling for 15 Km of interceptor pipes and installation of 14 Km of DI Pipe and 5 Km of GRP Pipe for the TSE Network.

Led a team of QA/QC Engineers, developed project quality plans, and conducted audits.

Facilitated non-conformity resolution, conducted training, and ensured compliance with standards.

Managed the Water Mega Reservoir project in Qatar, overseeing the construction of 15 Primary Reservoirs and Pump Stations with a total storage capacity of 1422 MIG, interconnection of 400km of corridor mains pipelines and installation of 200km of transmission mains.

Led QA/QC efforts, developed and implemented the Project Quality Plan, conducted audits, and executed corrective measures to ensure compliance with standards.

Established Project Document Handover procedures, ensuring seamless compliance with Client and PMC expectations, while maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
