Started as a Project Manager and later rose through the ranks to become the Director of Program Operations supervising over three hundred and thirty (330) staff in six (6) schools districts and colleges – Aldine, Alief, Houston, Fort Bend, Spring Branch and Lone Star Community College. Over-all duties was to work with staff, fellow administrators and stake holders in the education, social service arena, business and community to provide servant leadership to at risk youth and families. . . keeping youth in school. CIS is the largest drop-out prevention program in the nation.
