JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Prepared piping progress plan, schedule and delivery project as target KPI 2. Review P & ID, piping Isometric Drawing and Test Pack 3. Manage incoming & inspection CS, SS, GRE, Cu-Ni pipe fitting material as mill cert 4. Supervise and inspection fabricate cutting, fit up/ welding spool, support and erection 5. Supervise and inspection line check, reinstatement and hydro/pneumatic test 6. Supervise and inspection flange management, hydro jetting and chemical cleaning 7. Carry out construction and quality punch list/ NCR of Client 8. Control line list piping, service line and piping tie in point 9. Monitoring installation, rotation, alignment machinery and connection to line pipe 10. Advice contractor to do recovery plan and expedite as construction progress delay 11. Advice Superintendent technical query (TQ) and quality issue 12. Review performance project by smart plan 3D modelling 13. Lead weekly project management meeting
14. Manage manpower, material, machinery, equipment, tools and electrode consumable 15. Monitor safety permit during activity hot work, lifting and testing 16. Review red line piping markup drawing piping from engineering 17. Familiar WPS, ITP, NDT, fabricate/construction procedure and ASME, AWS Code 18.
