I wrote an EKG Orientation. Teaching how to perform EKGs. I Demonstrated to all Doctors, Nurses and Nursing techs how to set up the patient and to perform the correct way to do an EKG. The Doctors told me that they did not know how to perform a EKG until I taught them how. That was the proudest day of my life. LEADERSHIP
