My mission: lead my teammates towards successful product launches. Once the goals –Quality, Budget, Timing– have been defined I had to ensure the project team kept track with them and delivered in accordance with the expectations of the different stakeholders –Client, Top Management, Plant– while enforcing internal and external standards.
Based in Barcelona, I managed new launches across several European sites (France, Germany, Poland, Spain) with capital needs in the range of 1 - 10 M€.

WORK EXPERIENCE
During my initial assignment as Quality Engineer I contributed to make a qualitative leap forward in the most significant KPIs
(ppm, internal scrap rate, customer complaints) & established new processes and tools which have become best practices across the whole organization.
After some remarkable achievements by using advanced statistical tools (DMAIC & Six-sigma) I was offered to take over as Continuous Improvement manager on top of my other role, laying the foundations of what today is a pillar of our Operating System.
