I worked as an overnight shift supervisor while working for this addiction treatment center. I performed urinalyses on the clients three times a week and completed the uranalysis paperwork so the lab could process the tests for the clients. I completed nightly rounds (Q 30's, Q 15's, and one-on-ones) on the two female houses to make sure that the clients were in bed asleep and on property. I reported any changes in the client's behavior to the administrators and therapists. I typed up a daily shift report that was emailed to all therapists and administrators every morning at the end of my shift. I was available to speak with the clients if they were having trouble sleeping or were having an issue that was on their mind. I was also responsible for dispensing medication to the clients every morning. I never called out and was never late to work while working for this addiction treatment center. I was hired to work the front desk at this medical facility. Some daily tasks that I was responsible while working at the front desk were pulling charts, confirming appointments, verifying insurance, taking payments, and doing daily deposit ledgers. After a substantial amount of time working at the front desk, a medical assistant position became available to me.
