Job responsibilities; making sure the selves & service case are cleaned, check off invoice. Put away, rotate & date refrigerated smoked meat, fresh meat & frozen seafood truck in timely fashion. Using knife & operating an electric saw to cut slabs of meat such as, flank steak, pork, bone in ribeye, tenderloin, chicken & more. Reason for leaving; need for higher paying employment.
