PROJECT MANAGER
Experienced healthcare manager in the health and social services field responsible for managing the organization and conduct of HIV/AIDS control, clinical studies in compliance with clinical operations policies and procedures, health regulatory authority requirements and guidelines, international conference on harmonization guidelines in support of global business objectives. I planned for the AIDS treatment drugs, blood testing kits, their procurement from global donors and executed the domestic and global clinical development with critical treatment of patients. I also consulted with UNAIDS and Saudi regulatory, marketing, sales and research groups in problem solving efforts. HIGHLIGHTS OF WORK EXPERIENCE
Over fifteen years’ experience, managing healthcare programs with budgets equivalent to $ 10,000,000 for Pakistani Ministry of Health Services leading operational planning, program evaluation and reporting involving both public and diverse community stakeholders.
Expertise in program development includes leading the implementation of capacity-building initiatives that applied to address stakeholder’s policies at the provincial level Punjab Pakistan.
Worked with the clients to develop survey plans for each module including timelines and budgets for the clinical program.
Performed day to day oversight of the clinical research office members, the project budget, the deliverables and the milestones.
Developed and maintained tracking systems for study management, e.g. screening, enrolment, study completion, adverse events, budgets, forecasts and milestones along with research objectives, protocol design, and data collection standards.
Facilitated preparation of study documentation including protocols, case report forms, informed consent, enrolment feasibility evaluations and all relevant internal plans required for study conduct.
Prepared clinical monitoring plan, performed study initiation visits, managed clinical study monitoring resources and oversaw standard interim monitoring visits and closeout activities.
Identified and assessed study sites, conducted investigator meetings and site trainings, prepared and executed research agreements and negotiated study budgets.
Performed study closeout procedures, directly or through additional resources, including accurate completion of critical documents, disposition of study product and preparation of study sites for regulatory authority audits.

Public health experience includes standards development, clinical operations systems management including EDC, CTMS, and eTMF, representing the government before the joint commission international (JCI) for hospitals’ standardization and committee for infection prevention and control in KSA.
Excellent group facilitation skills and adult education expertise developed while designing training modules in HIV/AIDS control and delivering individual counseling and workshops in HIV/AIDS rehabilitation programs.
Superior team working and conflict resolution skills while working as advisor for the prime minister’ team in Pakistan rendering efficient and effective directions in healthcare matters, policy development. Program Design, Implementation, Evaluation and Monitoring
Managed the implementation of research and evaluation on yearly basis for HIV/AIDs control world bank program according to the planning commission (PC-1).
Monitored the execution of work plan and evaluation of HIV/AIDS control indicators for blood transfusion services ensuring the application of established quality protocols.
Led variety of public health projects like HIV/AIDS control included dealing with treatment component and other projects like health insurance card, infection prevention and control, standards for bronchoscopy clinics in KSA.
Gathered all relevant information, documented findings for report writing, presentation to stakeholders along with directed to government repository and publishing purposes.

Provided support and advice to the finance department in the preparation of the program budget and decision- making regarding the projected costs and expenditures according to the government financial policies.
Ensured that program activities are delivered within the scope of approved budget.

Supervised fifty staff members of HIV/AIDS control team, provided trainings and guidance on quarterly basis, continuous performance assessment toward talent development.

Community Development and Partnership Building
Liaised with diverse community-organized groups and advisory committees in the promotion of healthy lifestyle, mental and reproductive health, emotional, physical and social well-being of marginalized groups affected by HIV, HBV, HCV and TB.
Led the implementation of HIV/AIDS control program outreach initiatives within the Punjab province, kept a focus on trainings and workshops for staff, trainers and outreach workers.
