I would hereby wish to apply for the position of Head/Manager HRM & Administration. I am confident that I fit for the of Head HRM division since I have been exercising similar roles while working with the same programs.

Having studied in Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and concentrated area (specialization) in project management in Ashland University and also in BSc Degree in Applied Mathematics with 27 credit hours of computer science courses in Hawassa University; I had worked in the position of teaching for more than 6 years and 3 months in Setit Humera Preparatory school, 7 years work experience in the position of Data Encoder and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) focal person in Kafta Humera Health Office, 1 year of work experience in an Ethics and Anti-corruption in Western Zone of Tigray., 1 (one) year work experience in the position of Child Protection Committee (CPC)/Child Rights Committee (CRC) in the organization of International Imagine 1 Day in Shire, Tigray and also 9 months in the position of Senior HRD and Change Management Officer and delegated as Head HRM Division in KITE Manufacturing PLC in Gelan Sub-City around Addis Ababa.

Having worked in the aforementioned areas, having this all experience, I have good understanding working with relevant support function to ensure timely supporting the program put it to the neat and precise performance.
