• Grey’ Kitchen San Marcos (Built Restaurant from Scratch) Sr. Project Manager 03/2021-03/2022 (Covid) built while everyone else was sidelined by COVID-19 100,000 Build out a 40,000 sq ft Commercial space from studs to full built-out commercial kitchen. All Electrical Plumbing and mechanical were built to specifications.
• Installed new gas mains to two interdependent buildings in Downtown San Marcos and negotiated with all stakeholders Public and private to enact work and set up all commercial equipment like Wolf Stoves and Blodgett ovens as well as numerous 3-compartment sinks, and a new Commercial roof for the owners ($400000)

• Recruited to oversee multiple school projects with Regional Coverage using P6.
