*. Log in to A to Z app on your mobile phone or desktop: https://atoz.amazon.work 2. At the bottom of the page click resources then click on TalentForce under resources 3. If not already selected, select mobility. Mobility lets us know where you want to work, for what type of business lines/buildings, and if a move is required when you would be able to make that move. n

4. Under the mobility section, select whether you are relocatable and if so when? 5. Then select what business lanes or building types you are interested in. (select all that apply) 6. Select if you are willing to move without a relocation bonus? 7. Then you will select your location preferences. You will select locations in each of the three categories (Accept Offers, Consider Offers, Hear About). Select as many locations in each of the categories as apply.

8. Now you will select the Resume section. The resume sections allows you to share your work and education background. You will start by providing your work history. Be sure to fill out each section completely and include all relevant work history as there is no limit on the number of jobs that can be listed.

9. Next you will provide details regarding your education. Be sure to complete all the steps for each level of education you have.

10. Then you will begin the final section by selecting the skills section. The skills section allows you to share your proficiency in language as well as other skills or areas of experience you may possess.

11. Start by selecting any and all languages in which you have proficiency. (Select all that apply) 12. Lastly, you will complete your additional skills. Review each area of expertise and select those in which you have experience. (Select all that apply) 13. The final step in the process is to decide whether or not you are currently open for new opportunities by selecting yes or no at the top of your profile. This informs Amazon whether or not you are interested in new roles or if you are perfectly happy with where you are. 14. You profile is now complete and you can exit TalentForce. The information in your profile can be edited at any time so be sure to check back, as necessary, to ensure the most up to date information is in your profile.
